KidShield360 Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of KidShield360, including the Parent app, Kid app, admin/web services, live support, subscription features, and related services.
1. Eligibility and authority
You may use KidShield360 only if you have the legal right and authority to supervise the child or dependent and the device being managed. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and school, workplace, or household rules.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use KidShield360 for illegal, abusive, deceptive, hidden, or non-consensual monitoring. You must not use the app to track adults, partners, employees, or any person for whom you do not have lawful parental/guardian authority.
3. Parent and kid setup
Parents are responsible for setting up the child device, enabling required permissions, explaining the safety purpose to the child where appropriate, and keeping account credentials and Parent PIN secure.
4. Service features and limitations
KidShield360 may include live location, safe zones, SOS alerts, app rules, protected mode, activity reports, live support, and subscription/payment status. Some features depend on device model, operating system, permissions, battery settings, network connection, Google/Apple restrictions, and third-party services. Location and app-blocking features may not always be accurate or available.
5. Subscriptions and payments
KidShield360 may include a trial period and paid plans. When a trial or subscription expires, the Parent app may be locked until the account is renewed or activated. Current payment handling may require manual/admin approval unless automatic payment integration is enabled later.
6. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, violate these Terms, create safety risks, attempt unauthorized access, or use KidShield360 for hidden monitoring or unlawful surveillance.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using KidShield360, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
8. No emergency-service guarantee
KidShield360 is a family safety tool, not an emergency response service. If there is an immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
9. No warranty
KidShield360 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact location accuracy, complete app blocking, or compatibility with every device or operating system version.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, KidShield360 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
